CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-115 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> CASE PUD-88-15, THE APPLICATION OF TED AND CORRINE <br /> MAVRIDIS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ted and Corrine Mavridis have applied for Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval <br /> for a 10 lot, single-family residential project to be <br /> located at 6168 Sunol Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 7, 1989, the City Council <br /> received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br /> November 20, 1988 and received the recommendations of <br /> the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-88-15, <br /> the application of Ted and Corrine Mavridis for Planned <br /> Unit Development (PUD) rezoning and development plan <br /> approval for a 10 lot, single-family residential project <br /> to be located on an approximately three acre site <br /> located at 6168 Sunol Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
