CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-110 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE/I-680 BID DOCUMENTS TO <br /> INCLUDE AN INCENTIVE CLAUSE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 7, 1989, Council reviewed <br /> the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 89:116) regarding amendment of the <br /> current contract bid documents for the Stoneridge <br /> Interchange project to include an incentive <br /> clause; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Authorizes the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities to issue an amendment to the current <br /> contract bid documents to include an incentive <br /> clause with respect to the Stoneridge Drive/I-680 <br /> construction contract. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 7, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None /R.~ME~O <br /> ATTEST: KENNET R <br /> <br />~ames R.
