PLANNING COMMISSION <br />"- CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2400 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO <br />THE ORDINANCE CODE WITH RESPECT TO PARKING <br />REQUIREMENTS IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-83-8 <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 28, 1983, the <br />Planning Commission considered a draft ordinance concerning the <br />parking requirements in the Central Business District of the City <br />of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony, and considered the <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposed change. <br />NOW, THEREFOER, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the draft ordinance designated as Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />~- Section 2.
