(~ <br />12. That the following water conservation features shall be <br />included in each home: a) low flush water closets; b) shower <br />flow control heads; c) aerators in interior faucets; and <br />d) insulation of hot water lines. <br />13. That the development shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Code. <br />14. That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton <br />does not guarantee the availability of sufficient sewer <br />capacity to serve this development by the approval of this <br />case and the developer agrees and acknowledges that building <br />permit approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is found <br />by the City not to be available. <br />15. That the developer shall install street trees as required <br />by ordinance. <br />16. That any damage tq street improvements now existing or <br />done during construction on the subject property shall be <br />repaired at full expense to the developer. <br />17, That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment permit <br />from the City prior to the beginning of construction. <br />18, That all utilities required to serve this development shall <br />be installed underground. <br />19. That the site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the <br />start of construction to final inspection and that the <br />Fire Department emergency number shall be provided adjacent <br />to all telephones on the site. <br />Zp, That all dwelling units within the development shall be <br />constructed to meet the latest P.G.&E. Energy Conservation <br />Home Standards. <br />21. That all buildings and/or structures must comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits <br />are issued by the Building Division. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
