(`_ <br />Exhibit "A" <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 2404 <br />November 28, 1983 <br />Case PUD-83-23 (PAREJO) <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br />2. That the exterior colors of all buildings shall be <br />earthtones. <br />3. That the minimum front setback for all structures shall <br />be 25 ft. <br />4. That the minimum side yards for all structures shall <br />be 15 ft. and that the minimum distance between the <br />main structures on adjacent lots shall be 30 ft. <br />5. That the minimum rear yards for all lots shall be 40 ft. <br />6. That no two adjacent houses shall have the same front <br />setback -variations shall be at least 5 ft. <br />7. That except as herein indicated, the site development <br />standards and uses for this development shall be those <br />of the R-1-20,000 District. <br />8. That one horse may be kept on lot 4 and shall be stabled <br />within the southern 25 ft. of that lot. <br />9, That a maximum of two horses may be kept on lot 5 and that <br />they shall be stabled within the southern 25 ft, of that <br />lot. <br />10. That fencing around any tennis courts within the development <br />may be 8 ft. in height. <br />11.
