(`_ Exhibit "A" Planning Commission Resolution No. 2404 November 28, 1983 Case PUD-83-23 (PAREJO) 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. 2. That the exterior colors of all buildings shall be earthtones. 3. That the minimum front setback for all structures shall be 25 ft. 4. That the minimum side yards for all structures shall be 15 ft. and that the minimum distance between the main structures on adjacent lots shall be 30 ft. 5. That the minimum rear yards for all lots shall be 40 ft. 6. That no two adjacent houses shall have the same front setback -variations shall be at least 5 ft. 7. That except as herein indicated, the site development standards and uses for this development shall be those of the R-1-20,000 District. 8. That one horse may be kept on lot 4 and shall be stabled within the southern 25 ft. of that lot. 9, That a maximum of two horses may be kept on lot 5 and that they shall be stabled within the southern 25 ft, of that lot. 10.
