PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2024 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR RICHARD PAREJO AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-83-23 WHEREAS, Richard Parejo has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)-development plan approval of a 9 lot single-family residential development on an approximately eight acres of land located at the southeast corner of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was adopted when when the subject property was rezoned and development plan was considered in the scope of that negative declaration. Therefore no new environmental documents accompanied this application; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 28, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found case PUD-83-23 to be in conformance with the PUD zoning of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of caes PUD-83-23, application of Richard.Parejo for development plan approval for a 9 lot single-family residential development on an approximately eight acre site located at the southeast corner of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None DATE: November 28, 1983
