Exhibit "A"
RESOLUTION N0. 2405
November 28, 1983
1. That the development be substantially as shown on the
site plan, elevations, and landscape plans, Exhibit A,
on file with the Planning Division.
2. That it is understood that the 155 ft. x 241 ft. fire
station site may be moved either northward or southward
along Stoneridge Mall Road for a distance of up to several
hundred feet, and that case PUD-81-22-1D will remain
effective as long as the site or architectural design
are not changed.
3. That the final colors of the fire station shall be approved
by the Planning staff.
4. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and
any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure,
on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened
from view with materials architecturally compatible
with the main structure.
- 5. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a
manner that noise emanating from it will not be per-
ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject
property in a normal environment for that zoning district.
6. That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that
glare is directed away from surrounding properties and
rights-of-way.
7. That all trash and refuse be contained completely within
enclosures architecturally compatible with the main
structure.
8. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of
15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of
5 gallons.
9. That 6" vertical concrete curbs be installed between
all paved and landscaped areas.
10. That all parking spaces be striped and provided with
wheel stops unless they are fronted by concrete curbs,
in which case sufficient areas shall be provided beyond
the ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the
overhang of automobiles.
