Exhibit "A" Resolution No. 2406 Tract 5248 for Shea Homes December 14, 1983 That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 5248 except that the lots 40 through 45 be shown as a single lot on the final map. 2. That a house siting plan be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to sub- mittal of any building plans on the subject property. 3. That names for all streets within the sub- division shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for approval prior to submittal of a final map. 4. That approval of Tentative Map Tract 5248 is subject to all conditions contained in the report from Engineering Services dated 12/14/83 attached hereto and part of this case by reference. Conditions 68, 70 & 73 of Ordinance No. 1086 (approving PUD-83-8) require submittal of certain plans and determination of the degree to which the subject property owner shall participate in the funding of certain off-site improvements, prior to approval of the first tentative map on the 60 acre Kamp property. The developer has applied for a minor modification of PUD-83-8 so that these requirements can be met prior to approval of the first final map. Approval of Tentative Map Tract 5248 is conditioned upon that modification becoming effective.
