Exhibit "A" <br />Resolution No. 2406 <br />Tract 5248 for Shea Homes <br />December 14, 1983 <br />That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 5248 except that the lots 40 <br />through 45 be shown as a single lot on the final <br />map. <br />2. That a house siting plan be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to sub- <br />mittal of any building plans on the subject <br />property. <br />3. That names for all streets within the sub- <br />division shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Commission for approval prior to submittal <br />of a final map. <br />4. That approval of Tentative Map Tract 5248 is <br />subject to all conditions contained in the <br />report from Engineering Services dated <br />12/14/83 attached hereto and part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Conditions 68, 70 & 73 of Ordinance No. 1086 (approving PUD-83-8) <br />require submittal of certain plans and determination of the degree <br />to which the subject property owner shall participate in the <br />funding of certain off-site improvements, prior to approval of <br />the first tentative map on the 60 acre Kamp property. The developer <br />has applied for a minor modification of PUD-83-8 so that these <br />requirements can be met prior to approval of the first final <br />map. Approval of Tentative Map Tract 5248 is conditioned upon <br />that modification becoming effective. <br />
