9. That all trees used in the model home complex shall be <br />a minimum of 15 gallons and all shrubs a minimum of 5 <br />gallons in size. <br />10. That a burglar alarm system shall be installed in the <br />model homes, said system to be approved by the police <br />department prior to installation. <br />11. That no flags, banners, pinwheels, pennants or similar <br />attention attracting devices shall be utilized in the <br />complex. <br />12. That the developer post an aerial photo, or alternative <br />illustration acceptable to the Planning Division, in the <br />sales office showing the types of facilities and land uses <br />surrounding the complex. <br />13. That signs be posted in all model homes advising all prospective <br />buyers of those features, which are optional and are not <br />inclued as part of the purchase price. <br />12/14/83 <br />
