PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0.2407 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF NORTHERNOCALIFIORNIA,AINCNDASIFILEDUUNDERRCASEFOUP-83R52TT WHEREAS, application of Barratt Northern California, Inc. for a conditional use permit to operate a model hamkinomplex consisting of five model homes, a sales office, p g area and related facilities at the terminus of Corte Arboles in the vicinity of the southwest corner of Via de los Milagros and Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 14, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that a) the proposed location of the conditional use is in accordance with the objectives of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare or materially injurious to the properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-83-52 as herein described for Barratt Northern California subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
