That the developer submit the following information <br />to the City Engineer for review and approval: <br />a. two prints of the final map; <br />b. one copy of the preliminary title report; <br />c. one set of the computer closures; <br />d. one legible copy of the latest recorded <br />deed for the parcel being subdivided; <br />e. one legible copy of the recorded deeds <br />for each of the adjacent properties unless <br />those properties are part of a recorded map <br />which has been recorded within the last <br />seven years. <br />13. That the developer record the final map and any required <br />separate documents with the Alameda County Recorder's <br />office. <br />14. That the developer provide the <br />mylar copy of the recorded map <br />shown. <br />15. The property owner/developer shall deposit a bond with <br />the City to ensure completion of the required improvements. <br />This bond shall be in a standard form approved by the City <br />Attorney and shall be in an amount satisfactory to the 'City <br />Engineer. <br />18. The City Engineer may accept or may require a cash payment <br />in-lieu of bonding where circumstances warrant. <br />19. That the developer install a six foot (6') wide meandering <br />P.C.C. sidewalk along the Valley Avenue frontage unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />
