EXHIBIT "A" <br />_ PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 2413 <br />JANUARY 11, 1984 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br />2. That approval of case PUD-83-11 does not constitute approval <br />of the office building shown on the development plat; this <br />building may have to be reduced in size or eliminated <br />completely if it is determined that the 730 parking spaces <br />shown on the plan are not sufficient to accommodate it. Before <br />the office building can be constructed it will be necessary <br />to submit a separate development plan to the City for approval <br />under separate application. <br />3. That the final colors of the structures shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />4. That all parking and other site improvements shall be <br />constructed in conjunction with the construction of the <br />hotel. <br />5. That a final landscaping plan shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. Said landscape plan shall show land- <br />scaping of the office building pad. <br />6. That existing Amador Valley Athletic Club buildings shall <br />match the hotel in color and texture or as agreed upon between <br />the staff and developer. <br />- 7. That prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer <br />shall prepare a noise analysis of the building to ensure <br />that interior noise levels do not exceed the standards <br />set in the ordinance code for the uses proposed. <br />8. That the development shall meet all parking dimension <br />standards of the Pleasanton Ordinance Code. <br />9. That the development shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Code including number and location of <br />on-site fire hydrants, sprinklering of structures and <br />fire flow to the site. <br />10. That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more <br />than one newspaper shall be allowed outside of buildings <br />within the development; the design of these dispensers <br />shall be approved by the Planning Division. <br />11. That the project shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />_ Security Code and the developer shall provide plans as speci- <br />fied by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the Pleasanton Police <br />Department. <br />
