EXHIBIT "A" _ PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 2413 JANUARY 11, 1984 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. 2. That approval of case PUD-83-11 does not constitute approval of the office building shown on the development plat; this building may have to be reduced in size or eliminated completely if it is determined that the 730 parking spaces shown on the plan are not sufficient to accommodate it. Before the office building can be constructed it will be necessary to submit a separate development plan to the City for approval under separate application. 3. That the final colors of the structures shall be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. 4. That all parking and other site improvements shall be constructed in conjunction with the construction of the hotel. 5. That a final landscaping plan shall be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. Said landscape plan shall show land- scaping of the office building pad. 6. That existing Amador Valley Athletic Club buildings shall match the hotel in color and texture or as agreed upon between the staff and developer. - 7. That prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer shall prepare a noise analysis of the building to ensure that interior noise levels do not exceed the standards set in the ordinance code for the uses proposed. 8. That the development shall meet all parking dimension standards of the Pleasanton Ordinance Code. 9. That the development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code including number and location of on-site fire hydrants, sprinklering of structures and fire flow to the site. 10. That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more than one newspaper shall be allowed outside of buildings within the development; the design of these dispensers shall be approved by the Planning Division. 11. That the project shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton _ Security Code and the developer shall provide plans as speci- fied by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the Pleasanton Police Department.
