CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-108 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR REORGANIZATION <br /> OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 7, 1989, the Assistant City <br /> Manager presented his report (SR 89:106) regarding <br /> a proposed reorganization of the Finance <br /> Department; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves replacing the vacant Secretary position <br /> in the Finance Department with an Account Clerk II <br /> position. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves increasing the part-time Meter <br /> Reader/Utility Clerk position to a full-time <br /> position. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves reclassifying the current Senior Utility <br /> Clerk position to Utility Billing Supervisor with a <br /> monthly salary range of $2186-2656. <br /> <br />Section 4: Approves increasing the 1988-89 Operating Budget <br /> by approximately $2,000 to cover the addition costs <br /> related to these changes. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 7, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~f~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> TEST: ~KENNE~ R.
