EXHIBIT "A" <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2417 <br />January 11, 1984 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan for case UP-83-55 <br />on file with the.~lanning Division. <br />2. That approval of this use permit does not constitute <br />approvel of any signing for the development and if <br />signing is desired, it shall be submitted to the <br />City under separate application. <br />3. That approval of the sales office is granted for a period <br />of one year only, at which time the proponent must reapply <br />for an extension. This may be done administratively and <br />does not need to be resubmitted to the Planning Commission. <br />4. That all trees used in the model home complex shall be <br />a minimum of 15 gallons and all shrubs a minimum of <br />5 gallons in size. <br />5. That a burglar alarm system shall be installed in the <br />model home, said system to be approved by the Police <br />Department prior to installation. <br />6. That no flags, banners, pinwheels, pennants, similar <br />attention attracting devices shall be utilized in the <br />complex. <br />7. That the developer post an aerial photo or alternative <br />illustration acceptable to the Planning Division in the <br />sales office showing the types of facilities and land <br />uses surrounding the complex. <br />8. That signs shall be posted in all model homes advising <br />all prospective buyers of those features which are optional <br />and are not included as part of the purchase price. <br />
