PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2417 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR OLYMPIA PROPERTIES <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-83-55 <br />WHEREAS, Olympia Properties has applied for conditional use permit <br />approval to operate a model home complex consisting of <br />3 model homes, a sales office and related facilities <br />at 4767, 4771 and 4775 Sutter Gate Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 11, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district <br />in which the site is locted; that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; <br />and that the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-83-55, application of Olympia Properties <br />for a sales and model home complex at 4767, 4771 and <br />/ 4775 Sutter Gate Avenue as herein described subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 11TH DAY OF JANUARY 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty and Lindsey and Acting Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Doherty and Chairman Jamieson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 11, 1984 <br />
