6. That the project shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Security Code and the developer shall provide <br />plans as specified by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the <br />Police Department. Buildings shall be constructed in such <br />a manner that they cannot be easily entered from the <br />outside or between units. <br />7. That the developer install curb and gutter from west curb <br />return on Johnson Drive south t.o and across the frontage <br />of the subject property (134 ft.±). <br />8. That the developer design the site to provide emergency <br />vehicle access to the remainder parcel to the west of the <br />development. <br />9. That the developer reserve and 0.8 acre parcel to the west <br />of the development for future freeway off-ramp. <br />10.. That the street number of the development be posted so <br />as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br />and night. <br />11. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br />12. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br />13. That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br />14. That all trash and refuse be contained completely within <br />enclosures architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. <br />15. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of i5 gallons <br />in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons per Landscape <br />Plan SKL ~~1 and that no occupancy shall take place until <br />the landscaping is completed. <br />16. That if signing for the development is desired, a comprehensive <br />signing program be submitted to the City for consideration <br />under separate application. <br />
