Exhibit "A" <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 2422 <br />January 25, 1984 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br />2. That a final landscape plan skull be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval. Said plan shall show land- <br />scaping for the DSRSD property at the southwest corner <br />of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive and the plan is <br />also to show either ice plant or ivy in the 30 ft. wide <br />"recovery strip" along the western edge of the subject <br />site. All of this area is to be maintained by the <br />developer unless DSRSD agrees to maintain the area which <br />they control at Johnson Drive and Stoneridge Drive. <br />3. That the applicant shall enter into an agreement with the <br />City approved by the City Attorney which guarantees that <br />all landscaping included in this project shall be maintained <br />in a healthful, attractive and weed free manner. ThiF <br />agreement shall run with the land for the duration of <br />the existence of the structures located on the subject <br />property. This agreement shall also cover the DSRSD <br />controlled property and any landscaped area deeded to <br />the City of CalTrans unless those agencies agree to main- <br />tain the area once it is under their ownership. <br />4. That the final colors of the structures shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br />of building permits. All buildings shall utilize <br />cement plaster finish walls with standing seam metaLr <br />roofs. Colors used shall be earthtones of browns. These <br />earthtone colors shall also be used for all doors in <br />the development. <br />5. That minimum 6 ft. high solid stucco finish walls shall <br />be constructed on both sides of the entrance, along the <br />western boundary of the DSRSD controlled parcel, between <br />that parcel and building B, between buildings B and A, <br />between buildings A and E, and from the eastern end <br />of building E along the southern property line to the <br />wall adjacent to the entrance on its south side. These <br />walls shall match the mini-storage buildings in color <br />and texture and their design shall be approved by the <br />Planning Division prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />
