PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2422 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PUD DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR VORELCO/INTEGRATED STORAGE CORP. AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-83-21 <br />WHEREAS, Vorelco of California, Inc. and Integrated Storage Corporation <br />have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)-development <br />plan approval for an approximately 70,000 sq. ft. mini-storage <br />facility on an approximately 2.5 acre site located at the <br />southeast corner of Stoneridge Drive and I-680; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />General and Limited Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 25, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning the proposed development and recommended approval <br />of the Negative Declaration prepared for this proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed development <br />plan was in conformance with the PUD zoning and General <br />Plan land use designation for the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-83-21, application of <br />Vorelco of California, Inc. and Integrated Storage Corporation <br />for PUD (Planned Unit development)-development plan approval <br />for an approximately 70,000 sq. ft. mini-storage facility <br />on an approximately 2.5 acre site located at the southeast <br />corner of Stoneridge Drive and I-680 subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediatley upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 25TH DAY OF JANUARY L984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 25, 1984 <br />
