That this use is granted for day care for a maximum of 12 <br />children including the two children who reside on the <br />premises. <br />2. That approval of this use permit is granted for the property <br />located at 6268 Robin Court only, <br />3• That the facility shall be licensed at all times by the <br />State Department of Social Services. <br />9. That the hours of operation of the day care center shall <br />be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through <br />Friday only. <br />5. That the applicant be aware that the proposed use is <br />subject to state and City fire regulations and shall be <br />inspected by the City Fire Department prior to the com- <br />mencement of the expanded operation. <br />6• That when outside, the children shall be closely supervised <br />at all times and that special attention shall be given to <br />keeping noise levels to a minimum. <br />
