EXHIBIT "A" PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 2426 February 8, 1984 MEMORANDUM February 8, 1984 T0: Planning Commission FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map Tract 5259, Richard Parejo This development is recommended for approval subject to the following conditions: 1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. 2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. _ 3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior approvals which this development may have received from the City of Pleasanton 4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal of the final map. 5. That detailed grading and drainage plan and all supporting information and design criteria be submitted as part of the improvement plans for the development. 6. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public streets be set at 0.5~ unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. Grades less than 0.5~ down to 0.3~ shall require special approval, submittal of as-built grade sheets, and controlled flow testing. 7. That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of record within the development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 8. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to each lot of record within the development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 9. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected by the City prior to approval of the final map at the rate then in effect and for the total number of lots in the final map, unless this requirement has been other- wise satisfied.
