EXHIBIT "A" <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 2426 <br />February 8, 1984 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />February 8, 1984 <br />T0: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 5259, Richard Parejo <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval <br />of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />_ 3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any <br />prior approvals which this development may have received from <br />the City of Pleasanton <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning Director <br />for all proposed street names prior to submittal of the <br />final map. <br />5. That detailed grading and drainage plan and all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br />improvement plans for the development. <br />6. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public <br />streets be set at 0.5~ unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. Grades less than 0.5~ down to 0.3~ shall <br />require special approval, submittal of as-built grade <br />sheets, and controlled flow testing. <br />7. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />8. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to <br />each lot of record within the development unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />9. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected by the <br />City prior to approval of the final map at the rate <br />then in effect and for the total number of lots in <br />the final map, unless this requirement has been other- <br />wise satisfied. <br />
