PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2426 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />TENTATIVE TRACT 5259, APPLICATION OF RICHARD PAREJO <br />WHEREAS, Richard Parejo has applied for tentative approval to <br />subdivide approximately eight acres into nine lots ranging <br />in size from approximately 30,000 to 75,000 sq. ft. <br />located at the southeast corner of Amber and Mockingbird <br />Lanes; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared and adopted for <br />the PUD on the subject property and subdivision of the <br />site is not considered a new project under CEQA. Therefore, <br />no environmental document was considered with the Tentative <br />Tract Map 5259; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 8, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tentative Map Tract 5259 <br />in conformance with the Pleasanton General Plan and <br />PUD zoning for the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Richard Parejo to subdivide <br />the approximately 8 acre parcel located at the southeast <br />corner of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane into 9 separate <br />lots subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 5259 on file with the City. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions <br />in the report from the City Engineer dated 2/8/84, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8th DAY OF FEBRUARY 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
