PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2427 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PLEASANTON FOURSQUARE CHURCH AS FILED UNDER CAES UP-83-54 <br />WHEREAS, Zion Fellowship has applied for a conditional use permit <br />to operate a church meeting facility and administrative <br />offices at 1220 Quarry Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 8, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, an Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there <br />would not be any significant impact on the environment <br />as a result of conditional use permit approval as stated <br />above. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1.
