PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2429 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-83-10/12 WHEREAS, Wagerman, Black, Cartlidge, et al have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)-development plan approval for a proposed thirty-five lot low density residential project with lots ranging in size from approximat y 23,000 to 58,000 sq. ft. on approximately 25 acres located in the general vicinity of the northwest corner of Mohr and Martin Avenues; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 8, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there would not be any significant impact on the environment as a result of development plan approval. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-83-10/12 as herein described. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
