Exhibit "A" <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 2431 <br />2/22/84 <br />1, That the development he substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />dated l/27/84 on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That in approving the plans as submitted for case <br />PUD-82-1-2D, approval is also granted to case PUD- <br />. 80-14-2M, a modification to case PiJD-80-14, to allow <br />buildings H, C and D of case PUD-82-1-2D to be separated <br />by less than 40 ft. No other conditions of case PUD-80-14 <br />are modified by this action. <br />3. That the developer shall comply with all applicable con- <br />ditions of cases PUD-80-14, PiJD-82-1 and PUD-82-12. <br />4. That all truck traffic generated by the project including <br />trucks used in construction activities, shall utilize <br />only Hopyard Road between the subject site and I-580. <br />Once the Stoneridge/I-680 interchange is constructed <br />trucks may proceed southerly and westerly utilizing <br />Hopyard Road, Stoneridge Drive and streets in the Meyer <br />business park to the Stoneridge Drive/I-680 interchange. <br />Trucks shall use no other routes to reach the site. <br />5. That construction and implementation of traffic <br />improvement and mitigation measures in conjunction <br />with the development of the project shall be governed <br />as follows: <br />a. When the Level of Service, as described in <br />the Hiqhway Capacity Manual, HRB Report 87, <br />reaches LOS D (equal to or greater than 81~ <br />capacity), at any affected intersection or <br />intersections, the Developer shall begin to <br />implement feasible mitigation measures. <br />Affected intersections shall be the following: <br />Hopyard Road/Morse Drive <br />Hopyard Road/Owens Drive <br />Hopyard Road/I-580 eastbound and <br />westbound off-ramps <br />
