PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2432 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PREZONING FOR 500 AND 510 HAPPY VALLEY ROAD AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-84-3 WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1984, the City Council initiated annexation proceedings on approximately two acres in two parcels at 500 and 510 Happy Valley Road; and WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the City Council initiated a prezoning application so that the properties would have zoning at the time they officially come into the City; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of February 22, 1984 the Planning Commission considered that both lots share the general plan designation of Low Density Residential as does most of the rest of the Happy Valley area; and WHEREAS, the City staff recommended that the appropriate zoning for the property would be either PUD-Low Density Residential, R-1-20 or R-1-40 zoning districts; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this prezoning; and WHEREAS, this matter is categorically exempt from the City's environmental review procedures, therefore, no environmental document accompanied this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWS: Section 1 Recommends that the approximately two acres in two parcels at 500 and 510 Happy Valley Road be prezoned the R-1-40,000 (Single-family Residential) District. to Section 2. This resolution shall become effecitve immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 22ND DAY OF FEBRUARY 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None
