CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-106 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MARKETING PLAN FROM <br /> EDEN HOUSING, INC. FOR RIDGE VIEW COMMONS <br /> AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE <br /> AGREEMENT WITH EDEN HOUSING, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ridge View Commons Senior Housing Project has <br /> developed to the point where marketing activities <br /> should begin; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Assistant City Manager presented his report <br /> (SR 89:89) outlining the proposed plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council accepts the Marketing Plan and <br /> Budget for Ridge View Commons from Eden Housing, <br /> Inc. for a sum not to exceed $100,000. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Council approves the Marketing Plan <br /> Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Eden <br /> Housing, Inc. in a form to be approved by the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 7, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ~TEST: KENNETH R.
