PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2433 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR DITZ CRANE <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-5 <br />WHEREAS, Ditz Crane Builders have applied for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a model home sales complex including <br />a sales office, model homes and related facilities on <br />four lots at the southeast corner of Fairlands Drive and <br />Manchester Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 22, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all relevant exhibits, <br />public testimony and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, use permits for model home complexes are categorically <br />exempt under CEQA and for this reason, no environmental <br />document accompanies this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accordance with the objectives <br />of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district <br />in which the site is located; that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially <br />injurious to the proeprties or improvements in the vicinity; <br />and that the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-5, application of Ditz Crane Builders <br />for a conditional use permit to operate a model home sales <br />complex including a sales office, model homes and related <br />facilities on four lots at the southeast corner of Fairlands <br />Drive and Manchester Drive subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 22nd DAY OF FEBRUARY 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
