PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2434 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR AMADOR <br />ASSOCIATES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-83-17 <br />WHEREAS, Amador Associates has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />zoning and development plan approval for a 46 unit residential <br />development project on approximately 4.7 acres at 3780 <br />Vineyard Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 14, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendation of the City staff <br />concerning the proposed development including the environmental <br />impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there <br />would not be any significant impact on the environment <br />- should this application be approved because conditions <br />imposed on project approval would reduce any potentially <br />significant adverse effects to an insignificant level. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-83-17 as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 14TH DAY OF MARCH 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson & Chairman <br />Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 14, 1984 <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />Robert J. a is, Secretary <br />,7 <br />~~ <br />William A. amieson, Chairman <br />
