PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2434 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR AMADOR ASSOCIATES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-83-17 WHEREAS, Amador Associates has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)- zoning and development plan approval for a 46 unit residential development project on approximately 4.7 acres at 3780 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 14, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendation of the City staff concerning the proposed development including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there would not be any significant impact on the environment - should this application be approved because conditions imposed on project approval would reduce any potentially significant adverse effects to an insignificant level. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for case PUD-83-17 as herein described. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
