PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2436 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />CLIFFORD PRESTON AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-1 <br />WHEREAS, Clifford Preston has applied for rezoning and development <br />plan approval for a nine unit townhouse complex on an approxiamtely <br />.5 acre site, located at the northeast corner of the intersection <br />of Mission Drive and Dolores Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-25 (Multi-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared for design approval <br />for the project and was considered by the Design Review <br />Board on 2/8/84. Conversion of the property to a planned <br />unit development does not constitute a new project, and, <br />therefore, no environmental document accompanies case PUD-84-1; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 14, 1984 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that PUD zoning and the development <br />plan submitted conform to the general plan for the site <br />in which the project will be located. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-84-1, the application <br />of Clifford Preston for PUD zoning and development plan approval <br />for a 9 unit residential complex proposed for the approximately <br />one-half acre parcel located at the northeast corner of Mission <br />and Dolores Drives subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit <br />"A", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 14TH DAY OF MARCH 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />DATE: March 14, 1984 <br />
