PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />_ COUNTY OF ALAMEL•A <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2437 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MITIGATED <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-83-25, STANLEY <br />COMMERCIAL PARK <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />plan approval of an approximately 38 acre commercial business <br />park consisting of 32 commercial lots ranging in size <br />from 0.5 to over 1.0 acre in size and related facilities <br />to be located at the eastern terminus of the Del Valle <br />Parkway - southeast of the intersection of Washington <br />Street and Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Commercial Service District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there <br />would not be any significant impact on the environment <br />should this application be approved because conditions <br />imposed on project approval would reduce any potentially <br />significant adverse effects to an insignificant level. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-83-25 as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING OCMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 14TH DAY OF MARCH 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty,Lindsey, Wilson & Chairman <br />Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 14, 1984 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
