PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2438 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PUD DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR FRANK AUF DER MAUR AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-83-25 <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />development plan approval of an approximately 38 acre commercial <br />business park consisting of 32 commercial lots ranging in <br />size from 0.5 to over 1.0 acre in size and related facilities <br />to be located at the eastern terminus of the Del Valle Parkway <br />- southeast of the intersection of Washington Street and <br />Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Commercial Service District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 14, 1984 the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the mitigated <br />negative declaration for this case after considering all <br />public input, relevant documents and recommendations of <br />the City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the development <br />plan submitted is appropriate for the 38 acre commercial <br />business park and conforms to the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-83-25, application of <br />Frank Auf der Maur for development plan approval of an approximately <br />38 acre commercial business park consisting of 32 commercial <br />lots ranging in size from 0.5 to over 1.0 acre in size and <br />related facilities to be located at the eastern terminus <br />of the Del Valle Parkway - southeast of the intersection <br />of Washington Street and Stanley Boulevard subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibits A and B attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediatley upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 14TH DAY OF MARCH 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
