PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2439 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MITIGATED <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-83-16, APPLICATION <br />OF VAL WEST <br />WHEREAS, Val West, Inc. has apovaldofoa 231 unitnresidentialvdevelopment <br />development plan app <br />sideeof VineyardxAvenueyoppositesSauterne Waythandorth <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 14, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning the proposed development including the environmental <br />impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there <br />would not be any significant impact on the environment <br />should this application be approved because conditions <br />-- imposed on project approval would reduce any potentially <br />significant adverse effects to an insignificant level. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-83-16 as herein described. <br />Section 2.
