CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-105 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDINGRESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR <br /> CITY STREETS) BY ENDING SECTION THREE <br /> TO ESTABLISH STOP SIGNS ON CAMINO SEGURA <br /> AT VIA DE LOS CERROS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 7, 1989, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report from the Director <br /> of Public Works and Utilities related to a request <br /> from residents to install stop signs on Camino <br /> Segura at its intersection with Via de los Cerros; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsection 3c-ll to <br /> Section 3 (Stop Intersections); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby <br /> amended by adding subsection 3c-ll to Section 3 <br /> (Stop Intersections) to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "3c-12 Camino Segura, at Via de los Cerros; stop- <br /> ping traffic on Camino Segura in both <br /> directions." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
