11. That Vineyard Avenue be designed and constructed generally <br />as shown on the preliminary plan prepared by the City of <br />Pleasanton. The west end of the project shall be a four lane <br />divided roadway with on-street bike lanes. The east end <br />shall be a two lane roadway with turning lanes provided, all <br />within a 72 ft, wide ± right-of-way. An appropriate center <br />transition shall be designed, Vineyard Avenue shall be <br />designed, and reconstructed if necessary, to provide adequate <br />sight clearance for safe turning movements, Additional con- <br />struction will be required on the south side of Vineyard <br />Avenue to effect the required transition. <br />12, That City water and sewer service be provided to the Porter <br />parcel per prior negotiations and agreements, <br />13. That the developer shall participate in the improvement of <br />the off-site sanitary sewer mains to the extend required <br />by the City Engineer at the time of tentative map approval. <br />14.
