6. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected by the <br />City at the time of building permit issuance, at the <br />rate then in effect and for the total number of lots <br />in the final (parcel) map, unless this requirement has <br />been otherwise satisfied. <br />7. That the property owner/developer enter into a minor <br />subdivision agreement with the City to provide for the <br />installation of public improvements when such improvements <br />are necessary to the development and are required. by the <br />City Engineer. This agreement shall be prepared by the <br />City, executed by the developer and approved by the City <br />Council prior to the recordation of the parcel map. <br />8. The required public improvements on Mohr Avenue and <br />Martin Avenue shall be in accordance with the public <br />improvements required for PUD-83-10 and PUD-83-12. <br />-2- <br />
