MEMORANDUM <br />March 28, 1984 <br />TO: Planning Department <br />FROM: Engineering Services - W.D.S. <br />SUBJECT: MS-84-6 <br />Black - Barbee <br />2373 Martin Avenue <br />(PUD-83-4 Ref.) <br />In the event that this application is approved the following <br />conditions of approval shall apply: <br />1. That the developer submit the following information to <br />the City Engineer for review and approval: <br />a. two prints of the final parcel map; <br />b. one copy of the preliminary title report; <br />c. one set of the computer closures; <br />d. one legible copy of the latest recorded deed <br /> for the parcel being subdivided; <br />e. one legible copy of the recorded deeds for <br /> each of the adjacent properties unless those <br /> properties are part of a recorded map which <br /> 'has been recorded within the last seven years. <br />2. That. the developer record the final parcel map and any <br />required separate documents with the Alameda County , <br />Recorder's office. <br />3. That the developer provide the City with a reproducible <br />mylar copy of the recorded parcel map with all recording <br />data shown. <br />4. That the developer provide the City with a reproducible <br />mylar copy of the map sheet(s) at each of the following <br />scales (1" = 5U', 1" = 100', 1" = 200') for base mapping <br />purposes. <br />5. That any existing assessment district, which the property <br />may be subject to, be cleared prior to the approval of the <br />final (parcel) map or the developer shall cause a segrega- <br />tion to be completed in conjunction with the final (parcel) <br />map. <br />
