PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2441 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR LEONARD BLACK AS FILED UNDER CASE MS-84-6 WHEREAS, Leonard Black has applied to subdivide approximately 5 acres into two lots, approximately 3.8 and 1.2 acres in size at 2373 Martin Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 28, 1984 the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed subdivision conforms to the zoning and General Plan Land use designation for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: " Section 1. Recommends approval of case MS-84-6 as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Parcel Map 4260 on file with the City. 2. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions of approval of cases PUD-83-4 and PUD-83-10. 3. That approval of this case is subject to all of the conditions contained in the report from City Engineer dated 3/28/84, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF MARCH 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Getty ABSTAIN: None DATE: March 28, 1984
