PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2441 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR LEONARD BLACK <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE MS-84-6 <br />WHEREAS, Leonard Black has applied to subdivide approximately 5 acres into two <br />lots, approximately 3.8 and 1.2 acres in size at 2373 Martin Avenue; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density <br />Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 28, 1984 the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits <br />and recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed subdivision conforms <br />to the zoning and General Plan Land use designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />" Section 1. Recommends approval of case MS-84-6 as herein described subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Parcel <br />Map 4260 on file with the City. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions of approval <br />of cases PUD-83-4 and PUD-83-10. <br />3. That approval of this case is subject to all of the conditions contained <br />in the report from City Engineer dated 3/28/84, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE <br />28TH DAY OF MARCH 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 28, 1984 <br />
