PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2446 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-81-30-LM FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY WHEREAS, Prudential Ins. Co. of America has applied for a revision to the Hacienda Business Park Planned Unit Development (PUD-81-30) to expand the boundaries of the park to the northwest to include an approximately 5.7 acre site bounded by Hopyard Road, Owens Drive and Chabot Drive and to rezone that site from I-G (General Industrial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial (CPD): and to make the following changes to the land use and circulation designations within the existing boundaries of the Park: (change the 3.466 acre site located at the northeast corner of Chabot Dr. and Gibraltar Drive from Commercial (CPD) to Garden Office (OGPD); change the 18.366 acre site located on the northeast side of Stoneridge Drive immediately northwest of Tassajara Creek from Industrial/Warehouse (IWPD) to Research and Development/Light Manufacturing (IPD); change the 15.120 acre site located on the northeast side of Stoneridge Drive between Tassajara Creek and West Las Positas Blvd. from Industrial/Warehouse (IWPD) to 11.120 acres of Research and Development/Light Manufacturing (IPD) and 4 acres of Public and Institutional; and change the 15.27 acre site located at the sutheast corner of the Hacienda Business Park from Industrial/Warehouse (IWPD) to 12.677 acres of Research and Development/Light manufacturing (IPD) and 2.6 acres of street right-of-way; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 28, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendation of the City staff concerning the proposed development including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated that there would not be any significant impact on the environment should this application be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for case PUD-81-30-1M as herein described. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
