PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />r <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2453 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REZONING AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE RZ-84-5, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone an approximately 1.2 acre <br />site located at 123 and 125 Ray Street from the RM-1500 (Multi-family <br />Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District or to any other zoning district consistent <br />with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of March 14, 1984, the Planning Commission considered <br />an application to change the general plan designation of the above <br />described property from Medium Density Residential to High Density <br />Residential. At that meeting, the applicant withdrew the application <br />and the Planning Commission initiated a rezoning of the subject <br />site from RM-1500 to PUD-Medium Density residential District in <br />order to bring the zoning of the aite into conformance with the <br />General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 11, 1984 the Planning <br />Com,siasion recommended approval of a negative declaration after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning this proposed rezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, PUD-Medium Density Residential District will be in conformance <br />with the land use designation for the site as shown in the City's <br />General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends 123 and 125 Ray Street be rezoned from the RM-1500 <br />(Multi-family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 11TH DAY OF APRIL 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Co~msissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 11, 1984 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J. ar~ , Secretary William Jamieson, Chairman <br />
