PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2454 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE RZ-84-6 APPLICATION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 885, rezoning approximately 61 acres immediately <br />north of the Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park, to delete Section <br />4(1)(d) guaranteeing "no street access from the development to <br />Sutter Gate (Drive);" and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of April 11, 1984 the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, proposed alternatives <br />and recomQendations of the City staff concerning this application <br />including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there would not <br />be any significant impact on the environment should the change <br />to the subject rezoning occur. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recoimsends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for <br />case RZ-84-6 as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLESANTON ON <br />THE 11TH DAY OF APRIL 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE April 11, 1984 <br />ROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Peter D.
