PLANNING COMMISSSON <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2455 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ALTERNATE PLAN FOR CASE RZ-84-6 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasnaton has applied to amend the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 885, rezoning approximately 61 acres immediately north of the <br />Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park, to delete Section 4(1)(d) <br />guaranteeing "no street access from the development to Sutter Gate <br />(Drive);" and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of April 11, 1984 the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, proposed alternative <br />plans as furnished by the public, and the staff and recommended <br />approval of a negative declaration prepared for case RZ-84-6. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />considers having access to the eastern end of the Sports Park as <br />shown on Alternate Plan "D" as the first choice and Plan "A" as <br />second choice. <br />Section 2 This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 11TH DAY OF APRIL 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey and Wilson <br />NOES: Commissioners Getty and Chairman Jamieson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 11, 1984 <br />ATTEST: <br />,b-w.. <br />Robert arris, Secretary <br />Wil ism A.
