CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-103 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR FUEL PUMP STATION FOR <br /> THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, PROJECT NO. <br /> 888087, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:104), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> a fuel pump station for the Police Department, <br /> Project No. 888087, and that said plans have been <br /> reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 7, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> fuel pump station for the Police Department, <br /> Project No. 888087. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 7, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None y~~ <br /> ~TTEST: KENNETH R.
