PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2456 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CAL GAS LIVERMORE/ <br />PHIL YOUNGER AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-9 <br />WHEREAS, Cal Gas Livermore/Phil Younger have applied for a conditional use <br />permit modification to allow for the installation and operation <br />of a propane gas dispensing tank at the Exxon Service Station at <br />3192 Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, Zoning for the property is C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 11, 1984 the Planning <br />Commission considered all testimony, relevant exhibits and reco~msendationa <br />of the City staff concerning this matter; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of the <br />conditional use is in accordance with the objectives of the Zoning <br />Ordinance and the purposes of the district in which the site is <br />located; and that the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained <br />will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, <br />or materilaly injurious to the properties or improvements in the <br />vicinity; and that the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-9, application of Phil Younger et al <br />as herein described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the propane dispenser and related facilities be installed <br />substantially as shown on the approved drawings on file with <br />the Planning Division. <br />2. That the applicant secure all necessary clearances from the <br />Fire Marshal in conformance with the fire code requirements. <br />3. That the applicants submit a plan to refurbish the planter <br />area in the vicinity of the proposed installation and enter <br />into a standard landscape maintenance agreement regarding the <br />entire service station site. This plan shall be submitted to <br />and approved by the staff. <br />
