PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2456 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CAL GAS LIVERMORE/ PHIL YOUNGER AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-9 WHEREAS, Cal Gas Livermore/Phil Younger have applied for a conditional use permit modification to allow for the installation and operation of a propane gas dispensing tank at the Exxon Service Station at 3192 Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, Zoning for the property is C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 11, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all testimony, relevant exhibits and reco~msendationa of the City staff concerning this matter; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accordance with the objectives of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; and that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materilaly injurious to the properties or improvements in the vicinity; and that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-84-9, application of Phil Younger et al as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the propane dispenser and related facilities be installed substantially as shown on the approved drawings on file with the Planning Division. 2. That the applicant secure all necessary clearances from the Fire Marshal in conformance with the fire code requirements. 3. That the applicants submit a plan to refurbish the planter area in the vicinity of the proposed installation and enter into a standard landscape maintenance agreement regarding the entire service station site. This plan shall be submitted to and approved by the staff.
