PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2457 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING A USE PERMIT FOR ALBERTA BARRIOUS AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-14 WHEREAS, Alberta Barrious has applied for a conditional use permit to operate a children's daycare facility for up to approximately 30 children at 266 Kottinger Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 25, 1984, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant documents and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a petition with 83 signatures was received against the proposal and a petition with 78 signatures was received for the proposed use; and WHEREAS, after due consideration the Planning Commission could not make the required findings to grant approval of this proposed conditional use permit. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Denies case UP-84-14, application of Alberta Barrious for a conditional use permit to operate a children's daycare facility for up to approximately 30 children at 266 Kottinger Drive for lack of required findings. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
