PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2458 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR PONDEROSA HOMES AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE UP-84-5 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for a conditional use permit for <br />a model home complex, sales office and related facilities on <br />six lots at the intersection of the proposed extensions of Hansen <br />Drive and Paseo Santa Cruz; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 25, 1984 at which <br />time all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City Staff were considered; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of the <br />conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the Zoning <br />Ordinance and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located; that the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained <br />will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare <br />.- or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the <br />vicinity; and that the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the chapter of the Zoning <br />Ordinance governing this use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-84-5, application of Ponderosa Homes for <br />a use permit for a model home complex, sales office and related <br />facilities on six lots at the intersection of the proposed extensions <br />of Hansen Drive and Paseo Santa Cruz subject to conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 25TH DAY OF APRIL 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 25, 1984 <br />
