PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2459 ,-- A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL APARTMENTSAASDFILEDTUNDERECASEAPUDN84o2 HOWELL WHEREAS, EVH Partnership and the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland have applied for PUD zoning and development plan approval of a 296 unit multi-family residential development project and related facilities on an approximately 12 acre site at the southwest corner of Bernal Avenue (extension) and Sunol Boulevard. The property consists of approximately 7 acres currently within the City and approximately 5 acres currently outside of the City for which this action shall constitute a prezoning; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 25, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated there may be a potentially significant impact on the environment should this application be approved but that conditions of project approval would reduce this potentially significant adverse effect to an insignificant level.
