PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2459 <br />,-- A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />APARTMENTSAASDFILEDTUNDERECASEAPUDN84o2 HOWELL <br />WHEREAS, EVH Partnership and the Roman Catholic Bishop of <br />Oakland have applied for PUD zoning and development <br />plan approval of a 296 unit multi-family residential <br />development project and related facilities on an <br />approximately 12 acre site at the southwest corner <br />of Bernal Avenue (extension) and Sunol Boulevard. <br />The property consists of approximately 7 acres <br />currently within the City and approximately 5 acres <br />currently outside of the City for which this action <br />shall constitute a prezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 25, <br />1984 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff including the environmental impacts <br />of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated <br />there may be a potentially significant impact on <br />the environment should this application be approved <br />but that conditions of project approval would reduce <br />this potentially significant adverse effect to an <br />insignificant level. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section lprepared forscaserPUD184f2tas heregntdescrgbedve <br />Section 2upoThitsrpassageoandhadoptionme effective immediately <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON ON THE 25TH DAY OF APRIL 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 25, 1984 <br />,-- ATTEST: <br />~ ~~~~ <br />Ro ert J.
