E ~ <br />_ 13. That the developer submit; improvement plans to the City for <br />review and approval by the City Engineer. These improvement <br />plans shall be designed by a registered civil engineer; <br />shall contain plan and profile drawings for all public <br />improvements, and shall meet all City requirements and <br />standards. <br />14. That the developer enter into an agreement with the <br />City which provides for the following: <br />a. In exchange for the right to construct improvements <br />over and near the sanitary sewer easement which contains <br />the 24 in. diameter interceptor sewer main, the developer <br />will assume the future liability o£ the cost of replacing <br />or repairing any improvements which may be disrupted, <br />damaged or removed in the event that it becomes necessary <br />to expose, repair or replace the existing sanitary sewer <br />main in order to effect required maintenance. <br />b. In addition, that the developer hold the City harmless <br />in the event of any damage to proposed structures <br />which may be damaged during repair or maintenance of the <br />sewer main. <br />This agreement must be signed by the developer and approved by <br />the City Council prior to the issuance of any building permit <br />in the subject development. <br />15. That approval of this case is subject to all Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference, except numbers 14, 21, 29, 31 and 46. <br />____ . _ <br />
