PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2466 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />THE DOUBLETREE IN AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-84-15 <br />WHEREAS, Taubman Company, Wickliff & Company and Doubletree <br />Inn have applied for a conditional use permit to operate <br />a 174 room hotel and related facilities on an approximately <br />four acre site located adjacent and to the west of <br />6000 Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned CR(p) (Regional Commercial-Peripheral) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 9, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />.relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City <br />staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district <br />in which the site is located; that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; <br />that the proposed conditional use would comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance <br />code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section <br />Approves the a <br />and Company and D <br />permit to operate <br />on an approximate <br />and to the west o <br />to the following <br />Section 2 <br />That this use <br />room hotel as <br />Z-84-129. <br />plication of Taubman Company, Wickliff <br />ubletree Inn for a conditional use <br />a 174 room hotel and related facilities <br />y four acre site located adjacent <br />6000 Stoneridge Mall Road subject <br />onditions: <br />permit is granted solely for a 174 <br />shown on the design plans for case <br />That approval <br />conditionslof <br />This resolu~ltiot <br />ter its pass'~age <br />of case UP-84-15 is subject to all <br />approval of case Z-84-129. <br />shall become effective 15 days <br />and adoption. <br />
