PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2468 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR LEE AMARAL <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-3 <br />WHEREAS, Lee Amaral has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />zoning and development plan approval for an eight <br />unit multi-family residential project on an approximately <br />0.28 acre site at 404 St. Mary Street (southwest corner <br />of St. Mary Street and Peters Avenue); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 9, 1984 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City <br />staff including the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated <br />there would not be any potentially significant impacts <br />on the environment should this application be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-84-3 as herein described. <br />Section 2.
