PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />^ COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2471 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDINIG APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION <br />OF ASHWILL HAWKINS AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-18-4D <br />WHEREAS, Ashwill Hawkins and Partners, Inc. have applied for <br />design review approval of four office/industrial buildings <br />totalling approximately 36,900 sq. ft. and related <br />facilities on an approximately 2.4 acre site at 2174 <br />and 2182 Rheem Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was <br />recommended for approval at their duly noticed public <br />hearing of May 9, 1984 after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of <br />the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed development <br />,.., conforms to the approved PUD for the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-82-18-4D for Ashwill <br />Hawkins and Partners, Inc. as herein described ,subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. That the drive area between the trash enclosure <br />shown to the northwest of building number 2 and <br />the western property line shall have a minimum <br />width of 20 ft. free and clear. <br />3. That the northern common driveways shall be constructed <br />to its full width in conjunction with the development <br />of subject property. <br />4. That any overnight storage of vehicles must be <br />at the rears of the buildings. <br />5. That this case shall be subject to all conditions <br />~' of approval of case PUD-82-18. <br />
